  Problems of working women in Indian sub-continent

Now-a days in our job markets women constitute a large portion of our manpower. Dad-by-day ,the numbers are accelerating in a way that in near future it will  be similar to the numbers of men. Sometimes it is seen that they probe themselves more qualified than men.Some employers also support this whereas others discriminate between men and women because of their physical abilities and social condition. The above is written from the view point of employers.What's the view of working women? Some of my friends who  have been working for several years in different multinational companies always say"so so"when asking their condition.It seems to me that they are just passing their life.But what's the problem ?What things create gap between their job satisfaction?
