Problems

From my practical experiences and experiences of others  which i find as problems of working women can be summarized as follows:

• Family related problem :

1.   One of my friend always complain that some of her family members include her husband are against her job.Their logic is that as her husband is earning enough,it should be her first duty to give her family as much time as she can . Her job has occupied a time slot from her day which would prevent her fulfilling her duty properly.In this circumstances, she cannot get job satisfaction although there is sound environment prevailing at her job.
2. Sometimes to look after the baby mother has to give huge time which will also create  some problems as like as discontinuity of job.As a result , they cannot promote themselves at working area.
